Trips are priced very reasonably, and member discounts apply.

Seattle Waterfront & Lunch – Family Friendly Trip

Thursday, August 30th, 10:30am-5pm

Against a backdrop of jaw-dropping scenery, the waterfront is all about walkable fun, where quirky shops, seafood eateries, and iconic experiences await. Join a group lunch at the Crab Pot, or explore the area on your own.

Chilhuly Garden & Glass Trip

Monday, September 3rd,9am-4:30pm

Join a private guided tour of Chihuly Garden and Glass, which provides a look at the inspiration and influences that inform the career of artist Dale Chihuly. Exhibition includes eight Galleries, the centerpiece Glasshouse and a lush Garden. Receive a commemorative book as part of the tour.

“Skylight” @ ACT Theater Trip

Friday, September 7th, 4:30pm-11pm

Join an intimate theater productoin of the 2015 Tony Award Winner for Best Revival of a Play. An intensely clear-sighted, complex, and thought-provoking drama about power, politics, and a love affair.

“Waitress” at Paramount Theater Trip

Saturday, September 15th, 10:30am-6:30pm

After whipping up a whirlwind of acclaim and box office receipts on the Great White Way, Waitress hits the road on its first ever national tour. Based on a 2007 indie movie, this big hearted musical tells the story of diner waitress named Jenna who’s presented with a chance to leave her suffocating small town existence behind, and grabs it with both hands!

Tillicum Argosy Cruise Trip

Friday, September 21st, 9:30am-5:30pm

Cruise to nearby Blake Island State Park to explore the 475-acre island. Eat a Northwest flavors-inspired meal and experience a Northwest Native American storytelling show. Don’t forget your camera because the peek-a-boo views of Seattle and of Mount Rainier are spectacular!

Museum of Flight Trip
Thursday, October 4th, 3:00pm to 9:00pm
First Thursday at the Museum of Flight. Enjoy the Museum’s Great Gallery, Personal Courage Wing, Simonyi Space Gallery, Aviation Pavilion, and more from 5:00 to 9:00 PM.

Bier on the Pier – Anacortes Beer and Cider Festival
Saturday, October 6th, 11:00am-4:00pm
Enjoy tasting the best of the northwest with 30 Breweries and 10 Cideries participating in this Festival along with great food and music. This trip includes a commemorative glass, and six taste tokens. You can purchase additional tastes at the Festival, they are 3 for $5.

Pacific Northwest Quilt & Fiber Arts Festival
Friday, October 12th10:00am-4:30pm
Join other hand crafters and quilters at this festival. Enjoy a wide array of classes activities and exhibits in their new and larger venue, the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center in Everett.

“Oslo” at Act Theater
Thursday, October 25th 10:30am-5:00pm (TICKETS PURCHASED IN AUG)
2017 TONY AWARD WINNING BEST PLAY.  OSLO tells the true—albeit little known—story of Norwegian diplomat Mona Juul and her husband, Terje Rød-Larsen, who together coordinated top-secret peace negotiations between Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and Palestine Liberation Organization Chairman Yasser Arafat in the early 1990s. Their efforts culminated in the signing of the Oslo Accords in 1993. OSLO is a story about the individuals behind world history and their all too human ambitions.

 CSSA Trip Policy

Refunds: TRIP PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a participant cancels after paying for a trip, a refund WILL NOT be issued unless the Center has a waiting list for that trip and secures payment from a replacement participant.
If the Center cancels a trip, full refunds will be issued.

General Information: Camano Center day trips are open to participants of all ages. Reservations may be made by phone, mail, or in person, and by cash, check, or VISA or MasterCard.

Minimum Participation: Most trips require a minimum of ten participants in order to cover our costs. Trips with less than ten paid participants by the cutoff date may be cancelled at our discretion.

Cutoff Dates: Unless otherwise stated, reservations must be paid 14 days prior to the departure date. Reservations made less than two weeks prior to the trip must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.

Ticketed Events: If the Center will be purchasing tickets as part of a trip package, tickets must be paid in full before they will be ordered.

Tipping: A tip may be collected for the driver. Participants are responsible for tipping at restaurants for their own meal.
