Camano Center Fitness Punch Card

Only $56 for members, $80 for non-members, for a punch card that covers eight hours of class time. Card expires after eight weeks. This is a great value at only $7 per 60-minute class or $3.50 per 30-minute class.  Contact the Center to purchase a punch card.

Drop-ins are welcome, but pre-registration guarantees your space. Contact the Camano Center to sign up.Class-related questions?  Punch card is only valid on Stretch and Balance and Step Aerobics.

Classes on the schedule this month:

Stretch and Balance is a 30 minute class to increase flexibility and balance. Yoga poses will be mixed with basic stretches, using various tools such as chairs, walls, and countertops to add ease to stretches and poses. Class is scheduled right before step aerobics. Feel free to attend both!   Fridays 7:30-8 a.m.

Step Aerobics is an easy-to-follow, low-impact class. Space is limited:  Contact the instructor to guarantee a step. Tuesday and Friday  8-9 a.m.

 

Aerobics

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00-9:45am. Work out to the Richard Simmons “Silver Foxes” video, an exercise program designed for the older adult. This work-out is easily adapted to your personal level of mobility. This activity is FREE to Camano Center Members.  Non-Member cost  is $5 per person.

T’ai Chi with Jeanne Reynolds

Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30am. Increase your fitness level and reduce stress through relaxing movements. Cost is $10 per session; pay at the class. Call Jeanne at 425-773-4119 for more information.

Tennis

Women’s Tennis: Tuesday & Thursday, 9-11am. Contact Marilyn at 360-572-4286 for more information.

Men’s Tennis: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30-11am. Ping-pong instead at the Center if rained out. Contact is Chuck at 360-387-8269.

Tennis takes place at the Camano Park, 141 East Camano Drive.

Pickleball

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursays 7:50-8:50 a.m.  Contact Gordy for more information 425-750-1105.

Lift/Strength and Conditioning  Class

Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:45-7:45 am.
