Step Aerobics: Offered Friday Morning 8am-9am
Give your day an energizing start, with a step-aerobics workout — warm up safely, and move with precision and power, in vigorous, body-friendly routines. Use the step as a tool to raise your heart-rate and tone muscles, without getting lost in advanced choreography. Sport-like moves and repetition make this class easy to follow, and fun to do. The class ends with a cool-down and strength-work. Good for beginners and intermediate students: modifications presented and encouraged.
