Stretch and Balance

An event every week that begins at 7:30am on Friday, repeating until June 30, 2017
Stretch and Balance is a 30 minute class to increase flexibility and balance. Yoga poses will be mixed with basic stretches, using various tools such as chairs, walls, and countertops to add ease to stretches and poses. Class is scheduled right before step aerobics. Feel free to attend both! Tuesdays and Fridays 7:30-8 a.m.
It’s only $56 for members, $80 for non-members, for a Class Pass: that covers eight 60 minute classes, or sixteen 30 minute classes with up to eight weeks to use the pass.
