Bonnie Eckley joined the Camano Center as the Executive Director in 2019 after a 30-year career in healthcare management with The Everett Clinic. She holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and Social Justice.
Her professional experience, combined with a deep commitment to community service, shapes her approach to nonprofit leadership. She believes strong organizations are built through collaboration, innovation, integrity, and genuine relationships with the people they serve.
At the Camano Center, Bonnie has championed programs ranging from community meals, caregiver and grief support, dementia services, transportation, educational and fitness programs, and resource navigation to initiatives such as Camano CARES.
She is also passionate about strengthening the organization’s long-term sustainability through the 2nd Chance Thrift Shop proceeds, fundraising, volunteer engagement, and thoughtful stewardship of the organization’s Endowment and budget management.
