Good food and good company are at the heart of healthy aging. The Camano Center, in partnership with Island Senior Services, provides three essential nutrition programs—Community meals, Meals on Wheels, and liquid nutrition—that help older adults stay nourished, connected, and independent.
Whether sharing lunch with friends at the Center or receiving a warm meal delivered to the doorstep, each program supports well-being and strengthens our community through care, companionship, and nutritious food.
Our community meals program offers more than just a tasty, well-balanced lunch—it’s a place to connect, share stories, and support one another. Together, we’re nourishing both body and spirit while helping older adults stay healthy and independent.

Many older adults face challenges getting good nutrition—like shopping, cooking, or simply eating alone. Our community meals make it easier by providing a welcoming space to enjoy a healthy meal in good company.
When people come together over food, they share more than a meal—they build connections that strengthen our whole community.
